Valley Homes was founded in 1962 as a retail mobile home dealership, originally operating under the name Valley Mobile Homes. The company has operated continuously since its founding, later rebranding to Valley Homes as the industry evolved to include larger, more structurally advanced housing products.
Over the years, product offerings expanded to include single-wide homes up to 16′ x 76′ to more complex designs, including sectional homes, multi-section units, multi-story models, and homes with steeper roof pitches. Manufactured and modular homes continue to evolve to meet today’s needs.
Today, Valley Homes specializes in the erection and installation of both Manufactured Homes (built to the federal HUD Code) and Modular Homes (constructed to the Pennsylvania version of the IRC code—the same code used for site-built homes).
We know that buying the house is only the first step. That is why Valley Homes is a complete builder and contractor. We offer true “turnkey” construction services, handling the heavy lifting so you don’t have to. From foundations and site work to building porches, decks, and garages, we manage the process from the ground up.
As a family-owned and operated business, we believe every customer should feel like part of the Valley Homes family.
